[News and Notes] Memphis Reads is on Facebook
Memphis Reads is also on Facebook!On the page are links to the Fresh Reads Top Ten essays and a host of news updates about the Memphis Reads program, the upcoming panel discussion and our honored guest --Dinaw Mengestu, Ethiopian-American author of The Beautiful Things That Heaven Bears. It all takes place on November 4, 2014 at the Benjamin L. Hooks Central Library (5:30 p.m.) and at Christian Brothers University Theatre (8:00 pm).
So far, the Memphis Reads Dinaw Mengestu visit has been featured in The Memphis Flyer, Chapter 16, Connecting Memphis, TheGrind Memphis, and other great blogs and newspapers.
