It is not unusual to identify strongly with characters in the books we read. Often, a character may reflect what we like most (or least) about ourselves or others. For this month's Memphis Reads Question, please tell us

What characters remind you of your friends, relatives, acquaintances or yourself?

I would have to say that I most often find myself, friends and family in the Southern Humor books I read. I guess that says that I strongly connect with my Southern roots and try to remain light hearted about those around me.

If you haven't read Same Sweet Girls by Cassandra King, then you haven't met my girlfriends. I'm amazed we don't have this much pomp and circumstance when we get together. But I do see it coming!
