[News and Notes] Carnegie Medal for Excellence Award Finalists
The finalists for the Carnegie Medal for Excellence Award were announced Thursday. This is the first year for this award, given to "the best fiction and nonfiction books for adult readers published in the U.S. the previous year." The shortlist of nominees are below.
