[Library Events and Programs] Letting Loose at the Library - Harlem Shake This Friday!
Summer Reading 2013 is on its way, and The Memphis Public Library and Information Center is shaking things up to get the word out with the Harlem Shake!
This “Memphis-version” of the craze is called “Letting Loose at the Library.”
All participants (children, teens, and adults) are asked to dress as their favorite book character, and the best costume will win a prize.

WNBA star Helen Darling, Rockey the Redbird, and other guests will attend and “let loose” to promote reading.
The Summer Reading Club 2013 will begin June 1 and end July 27 at each library branch.
